PINTXOS by bàrbar

A warm, rustic eatery filled with antique charm, PINTXOS by bàrbar pays homage to the spirited gastronomic culture of Spain, particularly that of the Basque Country in sunny San Sebastián. These small, savory bites (pintxos meaning “to puncture,” referring to the toothpick) are traditionally served on bread.

Conceptualized by Edgard Sanuy Barahona, Head of Spanish Restaurant Division at Epicurean Group; and under his guidance, the Head Chef, the talented 25-year-old Xavier Pla from Spain, offers an innovative menu with a Hong Kong twist: a “Spanish Finger food” experience where guests select freshly made pintxos from an order form for a shared platter. While some retain the classic baguette base, others explore diverse flavors and styles suited to the local palate.
